Refund Policy

Fatima Sakrani Design wants every audit to lead to real, useful improvement.

Because each audit is custom, digital, and created for the business that purchases it, all sales are final once the report has been delivered.

That said, this work is meant to create meaningful change.

If the core recommendations from the audit are fully implemented and the space still does not feel improved in experience, function, or business alignment, a refund request may be submitted within 30 days of report delivery.

To review a refund request, please include:

• Before-and-after photos

• A summary of what was implemented

• A note explaining what did not improve

Refunds are not available when recommendations were not implemented, were only partly implemented, or were changed significantly from the original direction.
